I definitely consider all of the dimensions to be important in my life, however, at the moment I think emotional and social are the most important for me. Being a college student is very demanding and I usually struggle to balance each dimension. I think social is especially important for me now because i have come to realize that the outside is a reflection of the inside, so my thoughts and emotional health are taking priority at the moment. Social health is also very important right now because the support of friends and positive social interactions can have a huge positive or negative impact on my life (as I have learned from experience) so it is crucial for me to keep my social health as positive and balanced as possible. I know in 5-10 years social and emotional health will continue to be important but I think physical health as well as occupational health will increase as my career path develops. Psychosocial health plays a huge role in my life because I have learned to treasure the social support given to me by others and in turn I have noticed how such positive social support has lead to improved mental health, by reducing the impact of stress that I have to overcome.
